Download iTunes Setup and iTunes Setup 64-bit and run setup extractor.

Extract and run iTunesPortable.
Target executed by launcher as user privileges, write ExecAsAdmin=true in iTunesPortable.ini to execute it as administrator privileges.
Progress window is shown by default when initializing and closing, if you don't want to see it: write HideProgressWindow=true in iTunesPortable.ini.
Language set by launcher according Windows localization, if you don't want: edit iTunesPortable.ini with SystemLanguage=false.
Settings of installed iTunes should be preserved.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the Portable.


    A couple of questions:

    Why the Local Media Library disappears?
    Where is located during iTunes Portable runs? Just Hidden? or Moved?
    Is there any way to keep it locally "alive"?

    I would be Adding / Modifying songs but with that behavior I don't know how to find iTunes Media Library folder.
    Haven't seen an explanation on Help.
